    --> Every piece I make is customized to you. I do not keep an inventory of pre-painted boards in my 
    studio. I take great pride in hand painting each board once I receive an order so the final product is 
    perfect for you, your space and your personality.

    --> Because I personally paint each piece and each plank of wood has different grain patterns, no 2 wall hangings are going to be identical (though 
    they will be very similar).I will take at least 2 process pictures and share them with you - 1 after I paint 
    the background of your wall hanging and 1 digital mockup of your wall hanging BEFORE I engrave. 
    This way there are no surprises for you, you can tell me if you would like me to make any changes (no 
    extra charge)

    --> I LOVE personalized decor so I will not charge you extra if you would like to customize your wall 
    hanging with names/dates/messages. I will include your personalizations in the 2nd digital mockup of 
    your wall hanging should you choose to personalize.

    --> I will never charge extra for changing the color palette for your wall hanging.

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    • Items on sale

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
